We can only accommodate guests if, upon arrival, they present a valid personal identification document to the host for registration in the “Vendégem” application.
Only Guests registered at the time of occupying the accommodation may stay in the guesthouse. If this rule is violated, the Host is entitled to terminate the service immediately and unilaterally, while retaining the already paid accommodation fee for the remaining days.
Guests may occupy the guesthouse only after the full accommodation fee has been paid!
The guesthouse must be left in the same condition as it was received upon arrival, therefore please take care of order, cleanliness, and the integrity of the furnishings.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation may be occupied from 3:00 PM, and on the day of departure, please leave the house by 10:00 AM. Upon request, we are available on-site on both arrival and departure days.
The guesthouse is handed over clean and tidy; in case of longer stays, we provide weekly bed linen and towel changes and cleaning.
The guesthouse is designed to accommodate up to 5 people.
Baby-friendly equipment can be provided upon request (baby cot).
With regard to the peace of the holiday area and local noise regulations, we kindly ask you to avoid loud behavior; parties and events may only be held within limited boundaries.
We also love animals, however, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
The use of open flames, candles, and tealights is prohibited outside the designated smoking area (garden and terrace) and the fire pit. After using the fire pit, always make sure that the fire has been completely extinguished! Never leave the fire unattended!
Please do not take indoor furnishings and items into the garden or onto the terrace.
Parking is available on the property in the designated parking area. Parking for one car inside the gate is provided.
For the protection of your valuables and for additional property and accident security reasons, the exterior area of the property is monitored by 2 security cameras, which record video only (no audio). Further information regarding data protection can be found in the privacy policy.

Jacuzzi Usage Rules
Our jacuzzi uses chlorine-based disinfection, is equipped with an external filtration system, complies with and operates according to public health regulations, and is a massage pool with light therapy and 6 seats.
The jacuzzi is intended for relaxation and massage, not for bathing. Showering thoroughly before use is mandatory in order to reduce the introduction of foreign substances and other contaminants into the pool water.
Only clean swimwear may be worn in the jacuzzi!
A maximum of 6 people may use the jacuzzi at the same time to ensure the preservation of water quality.
Children may use the jacuzzi only under careful adult supervision! Children must not use it if the water temperature exceeds 37 °C!
As prolonged bathing in water exceeding 38 °C may be harmful to health, we recommend that young children and those sensitive to hot water use the pool at a lower temperature and for a shorter duration.
Do not allow children to submerge their heads underwater!
Do not use the jacuzzi if protective elements preventing the suction of body parts or hair have been removed! Do not sit in front of or above the water filter opening, as this may impede water circulation and cause personal injury.
Do not operate the massage pumps with completely closed jets!
When the jacuzzi is not in use, the safety thermal cover must always be installed and secured!
Pregnant women and individuals undergoing medical treatment or suffering from circulatory problems should consult a physician before using the pool.
Be cautious when entering and exiting the jacuzzi! Turn off the massage functions before entering so you can see where you step! Do not use electrical devices (such as lamps, hair dryers, radios, televisions) within a 1.5-meter radius of the pool (except devices operating at 12 volts or lower).
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
To avoid loss of consciousness and possible drowning, do not use drugs and do not consume alcohol before or during bathing!
Bringing food or drinks into the pool is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
If the pool water must be replaced due to improper use (e.g. spilled drinks, dropped food, excessive number of users, bathing in dirty or sandy clothing, use of sunscreen, etc.), the cost must be reimbursed by the Guests. The fee for this is: 20,000 HUF
